To submit documents for a UWC online application, visit the “Apply for Admission” section on the UWC website. Log in to your application, access the document upload area, and choose the required documents, such as your ID, academic records, and any necessary certificates. Upload each file individually in PDF, DOC, or JPEG format, ensuring they adhere to the specified size limits. Follow the platform instructions carefully to complete the process.
To upload documents for a UWC online application, you can:
- Attach a photo: Select Profile photo in your account, choose a photo from your computer, and click Save. The photo should be a close-up of your face.
- Upload an identity document: Select Upload a copy of your Passport or ID or Birth certificate from the Task list. Choose a document from your computer and click Mark as complete.
- Upload a Consent to Personal Data Processing form: Select Upload a copy of the Consent to Personal Data Processing from the Task list. Choose a document from your computer and click Mark as complete.
- Provide transcripts: Submit transcripts of your grades for the previous two academic years. If the original transcript is not in Arabic, include a non-sworn translation into English.
- Provide a recommendation letter: Include a recommendation letter from a teacher or supervisor.
- Provide a class ranking document: If available, include a document from your school showing your class ranking.
